Where can you get replacement lens for these?

You need to buy a new pair. To my knowledge they don't make replacement lens. Contact Dewalt would be the best place to start.

Dose it say c87 on the inside of the glasses?

there are a bunch of numbers on the side but you cant make them out …..but there are very nice inexpensive sun glasses
