Hamstring Help!!
This product helps me stretch my hamstrings. I use it every time I go to the gym. Seems like it will last a long time. If you suffer from tight hamstrings, this should help.

Good product
It's well-made and looks like it will hold up to heavy use. It's good for doing PNF stretching and active isolated stretching techniques. You can easily fold it up, put it in your bag, and take it with you.

Solved My Back Problems
I was throwing my back out for years from playing racketball and lifting weights. I asked my chiropractor what caused it and he said I needed to stretch my hamstrings. Turns out all those muscles are connected and can tilt your hips and hurt your back if they are too short because they are tight. Who knew? Since I started using this stretching device on my legs, I've had zero lower back pain.

Highly recommended
Using IsoStrength Lite is an excellent way to keep limber and strong on a daily basis. With a very demanding desk job, my sitting hours are way too many and my yoga hours too few. But anyone can find a 10-15 minute break during the day, and using this product correctly helps with lower back issues and general stiffness. The fact that it also works your muscles is a great bonus.

AWESOME FOR STRETCHING
I have always struggled with lower back pain. I recently started using the IsoStrength Lite stretch on a daily basis and have noticed that I no longer feel the uncomfortable pain in my lower back. This product allows me to stretch in a way that I was unable to before.I do travel a lot and plan to take this with me since the product comes in a compact case that would be easy to pack. I highly recommend this product.
