Retainer-Denture Bath-Dental Appliance Cleaning Case Size Standard with Easy Grip – Color Admiral Blue

I have invisalign retainers which I like to clean and soak during the day. My friends use Tupperware, but I find them not particularly attractive, and too large. This comes in multiple colors with a detachable basket, and it is just large enough my retainers and a cleansing pill like Polident or Dental Duty. definitely by this small case, and dental duty tabs. Polident leave my mouth dry after soaking in rinsing, and has a funny taste, but Dental Duty does not have those effects.

This is a very large retainer case, but man is it awesome. I got braces off about a year ago - I never had them as a child, and my only familiarity with retainer cases was the generic one I got from my dentist. Long story short, I found out about Retainer Brite (side note, ALSO amazing) and this showed up in the 'people also bought' list. I thought it would be perfect for keeping the retainer in while cleaning, and it is.It's large enough that if you have some other kind of mouth appliance, it should fit, and actually is way too big for just my upper and lower essix retainers. But, it's convenient, well-made, and the perfect place to throw my retainers in when I wake up. So the size doesn't bother me all that much.If you are just looking for a retainer 'case' and not using some sort of cleaning product that requires a long soak you should probably look elsewhere.

Did not realize my dad needed something like this but it is truly so helpful. The design is smart - you place your item in the basket and you can use it as an overnight cleaning tub without worry. The material is easily cleaned and protects your item very well. I have invisalign and found this while looking at other interesting items on amazon, but figured my dad could really use this! I will get one for myself once i am in a retainer so that i can soak it for long periods and even use it as a holder without liquid. My mom may need one but she has a great system set up and i feel like she wouldnt use it.Good price, good quality and very practical.

I bought this for my Invisaligns and was glad to see it was bpa free and autoclavable. Never even considered that the lid would completely suck because that seems like step one in designing something like this. You could give this thing a mean look from across the room and the lid would pop off. Seriously it's unacceptable. I'm not expecting to be able to play catch with it and expect it not to come off but I should be able to pick it up or move it slightly!On top of that I just read that it wasn't intended for use with hot water which seems useless. I made sure it was BPA free so that I didn't have to worry about hot water leaching it in the first place.I'm keeping it cause I cant be bothered to return it and it will hold my Invisaligns as long as no one looks in it's general direction and scares the lid off.

I use this mainly to soak my night guard in either hydrogen peroxide or denture tablets. The strainer basket is perfect for rinsing the guard after its soaking time, swishing the basket up and down a few times in clear water, dumping the rinse water and letting it dry in it as the basket sits up high enough off of the bottom to let it dry properly (I do leave the lid sit loosely over it to fully dry).

I used to use a glass cup to soak my retainers in after I woke up. I found this and now use it. It is very convenient to have the "strainer" layer that you can use to pull you retainers out of the cup and rinse them in it. Then you can dump the water out with whatever you used to clean them. It is an easy way to clean your retainers (what I use it for). At first I thought this would be a gimmick and was an impulsive buy, but now after having it I would not be able to live without it! If you have retainers and hate cleaning them then get this!

I use for my retainer, and I love it. My retainer gets very dried out if it doesn’t sit in water, so I put water in this container and 2-3 times a day dump it out for fresh water. I had been soaking them in a cup of water, but sometimes the retainers would slip through my hands while draining and land in the sink (which is more gross than I would like to admit).

Bought this to clean my retainers and it does that job just fine. Deep reservoir holds plenty of water + cleaner. Travel with it is a little awkward as it's fairly bulky. Otherwise it works well!
