Defected product

Received the product on Friday and filled the case with my favorite foundation and after using one day, the closure of the case wasn't working. I didn't drop the case so nothing was broken but the closure was loose and wasn't closing. Would like a replacement sent.

Little Uneven

Very convenient for my cushion foundation refills. Some of the sponges are cut uneven though so it makes them a little difficult to use as refills.
