Lifesaving to my night's sleep
These things are absolutely essential if you suffer from any conditions impending breathing through your nose. I personally have a deviated septum in one of my nostrils and absolutely ZERO air gets through if I'm not wearing one of these nasal strips. I can't sleep without them anymore, and can't believe I went so much of my life breathing through my mouth at night. These breathe right strips are especially solid, and stay on throughout the entire night (and more, if I choose to leave it on.) The cost is incredibly reasonable for a good night's sleep, and will continue buying these until my deviated septum is surgically corrected. Might have to keep a few on hand for allergies as well!Update after having surgery for my deviated septum - although I breathe great now (thank god) I have still found use from these from time to time. I have found that especially when I have really bad allergies and it's difficult getting air through my nose, I can still count on the breathe right strips I've kept from pre-surgery to save the day. It just feels great overall having a ton of air available to flow through my nose. I also discovered a new use - for sports! When I'm super active it's great for enhancing performance by opening up my nose even wider to get the most out of my performance. I'm really happy with these things, and they're really durable considering they just stick to the top of your nose. I usually don't have to replace it for the entire day!

Best nasal strip that I've tried (that's available) so far
I remember when Breathe Right was new on store shelves as a single product. It had a very strong adhesive (maybe too strong) and the band was very strong with a lot of lift. I think it might have even had real wires inside.Compared to this, this comes closest to that first original product. It works great. It's wider and has more lift than "original" Breathe Right, which is better than the QFC brand, which is better than Walgreens brand (which is so big, the wing tips touch the soft underside of my eyes – and I have a long nose – and the lift strength is a joke. It might as well be a silly-looking sticker on my nose). If you have a bad snoring problem, use these nose strips, sleep on your right side (you might want to cushion your hips, though), prop up your shoulders and back (a bed wedge, or a pile of folded small blankets, or a motorized head-lifting bed will work), get a HEPA filtered air purifier, and vaccum more often (once a week if it's bad dust mite allergies). This combination works for me.

Wonderful...Work Great, And Nary A Bum One Yet...
I love these things, and have been using them for years. It's actually hard to believe that they work so good considering there is no medication involved. It's basically just a band aid over the nose that works exceptionally well. I put them on just before bed and never wake up or am in any way bothered by a stuffy nose all night. In fact my breathing is as clear upon awakening as it is when I go to sleep. As for these fitting me, they seem a little large when first unwrapped, but they fit over my nose perfectly. I never have a hard time getting them to stick, and they never unravel when I am sleeping. Just remember that the very ends of these are supposed to stick up just a little. You should be able to take your finger and feel a very small gap at the very end of them over the nostril. Don't go crazy trying to get the ends to stick. They are designed that way on purpose, and no amount of pressing or fussing with them will get the ends to stick anyway...In conclusion, I sleep alone here and cant really tell of they help, or if I even have any snoring problem at all. But I do know that I sleep soundly with these and never wake up with a stuffy nose. Very dependable and very much recommended... : )Comment | Permalink

Best of the Breath-Right strips, but you still shouldn't wear them every day
I've tried several varieties of Breathe-Right strips, and these work best for me. They stay on all night, do a good job of opening up the upper nostrils for breathing, and are not too difficult to get off in the morning.Expect to wash the nose with soap before putting them on. If you don't, they'll likely pull loose in three or four hours.I first used another, clear version (Breathe-Right Advanced). But they did not stick as well, and left more residue when they came off.The main problem is that I just cannot wear them every night. They cause too much skin irritation if I do. I suppose that's the price for them sticking as well as they do. I alternate these with Sleep Right Nasal Breathe Aid, which open up from inside the nostril. Neither can be worn every night because of irritation, but alternating them works for me.

excellent for any nasal breathing issues
If you have any sort of breathing issue, you need this. It pulls open your nostrils to allow air in. If you have a sinus infection, this might be the only way you'll get sleep. Even common colds or the flu, this is a must. After the forest fires last year in our area, I had a severe sinus infection. I didn't want to use nasal spray since they can be addictive. Using these allowed me to function and sleep. You need a few trial and errors to see where you need it most. It pulls the skin out enough for you to get our in your nasal package. I've had several friends doubt me that these work until I gave them a few to try. Buying them in larger packages on Amazon is a money saver. Highly recommend these if you have any sort of nasal breathing issues.
