Can i use this primer after i sand my project then i can paint it afterwards right?

Yes, You can. Use grease and wax remover before you prime it. Wet sand it after it drys . Use a very fine sand paper.

Can I use this primer with duplicolor paint?

This etching primer gets the aluminum surface prepared very well and I have painted over it with great results using Rustleum and Duplicolor enamel paints

can you use on metal painted surfaces?

This etching primer is designed to be sprayed on bare metal to kill the micro rust and get the surface ready for the color coat...Regular primer sealer is designed . to spray over sanded painted metal before the color coat goes on.....

why does "Surface Recommendation" say "Plastic & Vinyl"? Isn't this for metal?

Must be a webpage typo.?? Vinyl and plastic surface makes no sense. I used the primer on bare and lightly sanded painted metal. Works great.
