I didn't feel a burst in my energy, or that jolt I felt when I took Pure Encapsulations' zinc supplement. However, I did recognize that I didn't get my afternoon crashes. So, it appears that they do provide a steady, even flow of energy. I like the packs and take them in combination with a multi mineral capsule. It does seem pricey, but if we break it down to vitamin/day costs it really is, in fact, economical. I have a 3 day supply left and will be reordering.

UPDATE: I've been taking these for about 9 months. My energy level is up, less tired at the end of the day. I tend to be anemic, so this packet along with iron has really helped that issue. My A1C was on the high side of normal range. It's decreased now. --------- I've been using these for almost two weeks now. Am I feeling a noticeable difference in energy, etc. Not sure about that. Time will tell. The packets are very convenient, easy to grab and go if you don't have time before work. The capsules are big...big. If you aren't used to taking large capsules...this won't work for you. Something you need to know....your urine will be glow-in-the-dark yellow after taking the packet of capsules. Also....not to get gross...but your urine will stink. I'm not sure which capsule does this though, or if it's a a combination of all the capsules. It's not a huge thing....but something to be aware of when taking the PureLean.

These are great so far, been taking these for 30 days, I did get some lower back discomfort while taking these, so I spread the pack out between two meals and then it went away and I feel great. These are some serious vitamins, If your not used to taking sups like these then go slow and spread them out but they are great. Good stuff, a little pricey but worth it.

I started taking these about two weeks ago. At my first appointment with my integrative medicine Doctor this week, he recommended this pack . Made me feel GREAT that I had already been on them. I have Hypothyroidism with a laundry list of aliments, my weight being one of the most frustrating. I take this along with a double dose of MAX Collagen every day (I am on my third month of collagen) and I can definitely tell that my appetite has been suppressed. For the first time in over a year I am not gaining weight! That alone is enough for me to give these packs a five star rating. I have more energy, and just overall feel better. I will continue to take these for a very long time! Highly recommended - you get what you pay for!

Seems like an ok product, doesn't cause me any problems. Packaging from the seller was disappointing. The box had been opened before and was taped shut. Two of the vitamin packs had no expiration date and looked a tiny bit different from the rest of them. Since they are sealed individually i wasn't overly concerned, but i felt a little uneasy. Also i paid for a new item and didn't get an open box price. Because of this, i am going with a different seller next time i buy this item.

From the first pack I immediately lost my desire for food cravings. I've been eating keto plan for months, so this product is a great addition to my plan. I like the convenience of pre packed supplements so it's easier to travel instead of using a plastic pill box.My energy level remains constant throughout the day, my focus and clarity is greater, and I'm not experiencing hunger cravings. Big improvement to my keto plan. When I do eat my low carb high fat meals, I'm full and satisfied sooner using the supplement.

Plus more energy! It's a long process, no matter that you tell yourself you'll be different.I've waited almost four months to rate to see what these supplements will do. They really do make a huge difference in overall body aches and joint pain. However, read the label well and compare to other supplements and multivitamins you may be taking as it's not pleasant to over take magnesium.
