Not for all skin tones
Does not suit brown skin tones amazing velvet texture though

Great color!
Very vivid and suites me perfect. (I have deep winter cool skin tone). I tend to have chapped lips as well, this hides it little bit. And it does not feel dry. I gave 4 star because this color do transfer to cup or your partner's lips ๐
