## Questions & Answers

**Q: The 36” sill I got has the 38” extension tightly slid underneath and I can’t get it out! Is it supposed to come like that?**
A: Recipicating saw to cut original staples....Cut old one inhalf its easier

**Q: Whats the purpose of the extension. It would leak onto subfloor when it rains right?**
A: This will work for 2x4 framed walls as is,  or 2x6 framed walls using the extension. The extension snaps on to the exterior side of the threshold and allows room for brickmold / trim.

Not sure what you mean by leaking on the subfloor.
