Will this kit work with the porter cable pc1500hg?

No, it will not. These nozzles are too big to fit on the end of the Porter Cable PC1500HG. I had to return the ones I purchased.

Can I adjust the temperature or it always works in the maximum output? Pl confirm

The cordless heat gun isn't adjustable, only works at the maximum temperature output.

Will this work to remove sticker price tags?

Use the heat gun only briefly just to soften the sticker adhesive. Then use a scraper like a credit card to remove the sticker. Then use a citrus adhesive remover like Goo Gone or Goof Off or even lemon juice to remove all of the adhesive residue. Hot soapy water may work as well.
