Can't ask for much more.
The media could not be loaded. First thing you'll notice about this tablet mount is that it feels well-made. It comes with two pieces, the one that goes into the phone slot on the controller is a machined piece of metal that has some heft. It has two bars that fold together to create a ball joint that slide on to the clip part. The best part about this mount is that it truly is versatile. It fits a device as small as my Nexus 7 and as large as my iPad pro. The tablet will obstruct the screen of the controller but that is to be expected with something like this and is unavoidable. Once you have the hang of using the Drone, however, it will not be an issue. It has made a difference for me as having a larger viewing screen makes it easier to pick out minor details when you're filming/shooting. I know for a fact that I have picked certain things up because of the ability to use the larger screen whereas with the phone I would have missed them.Good buy at a good price, definitely upped my drone game!

Perfect combo....This Mount + Mavic Pro Controller + iPad Mini = Perfect !
It doesn't get any better, Really. If you're looking at this mount for your iPad Mini 4 With the Mavic Pro Controller....LOOK NO FURTHER ! This is a very solid ,well balanced mount. I'm not sure how people are having issues with the plastic tightening nut, but i have never had an issue with that. I love it because it is compact and folds together. There are the 2 pieces on the bottom of the steel plate that fold out to create a Ball shape. The mount for your iPad snaps over the ball and you tighten the nut at your desired position.DONE. The iPad mount has a very snug fit, Enough where you wont worry about it coming out and It feels good while the holding the controller. I highly recommend this to any Mavic Pilots,In case anyone is wondering...I was not given this for free in any way...No discounts or any stings attachedThis is just my honest review.

Clever design, works great, concerned about durability
Pros: Works great, holds the tablet over my remote and enables me to adjust the tablet for glare or otherwise and holds it in place. It took me a minute but I was able to get it all figured out without admitting defeat and looking at the instructions so it is straightforward to setup and use. The design is smart and folds up in the provided felt bag nice n small. The bracket that holds the tablet is stout and spring loaded with an action that feels durable enough. The base of it that attaches to the remote is a solid piece of metal with good heft so you can close the remote arms on it and hold on as tight as you like.Cons: The base of the holder arms slips into a ring and a threaded collar is screwed down over it to hold the entire upper part in place. Now this works out of the box. But the plastic of the round bits on the arms, and particularly the part they slide into are very thin and it seems like they will need to be treated gently. The unit works, so 4 stars it is, but I would be happier paying a few dollars more for something a bit beefier to hold up my tablet.Summary: This thing is worth the price but if you are the kind of kid that, against all statistical probability, always ends up with the toys that break really early on, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Versatile
This little device worked really well and folds up nicely to pack and go. It unfolds and holds my iPad well. Yes it did block my controls, but hopefully you're good to use those without looking.

Super handy and easy to use...
So far, I've flown my new Mavic Pro2 Zoom with the Skyreat for about 20 hours. This is an excellent addition to my flight kit. I always like to use the larger screen of my iPad for the ability to frame and focus shots, plus see all of the Mavic readouts around the image. Holding the iPad can be a challenge. I have this married with a nice hood, and a 1ft. cable with a right angle on the lightning end of the connector. I highly recommend the right angle plug with this setup. Otherwise, with a straight plug, your left hand will hit the cable and it is in the way going back down into the Skyreat.I see what other reporters have mentioned about the possibility of the big nylon nut that secures the spring loaded holder to the mount failing. I found a metal version of the same nut at a local hardware store and it is HUGE! I got one and am carrying it with me in case the nylon nut fails. I am hoping I don't have to go to the metal version, but I have a backup just in case.I was more worried about the lower part of the Skyreat wobbling. The metal plate that slides into the Mavic Controller (where you would normally slide your smartphone) fits snugly and solidly. With both hands on the controller, the entire rig has a very solid and stable feel. It should be noted that you can NOT see the readout of the controller with this unit in place. That's no big deal if you regularly use the Mavic controls from the screen only. If you are used to looking at the readout from the controller window itself, you will have to get used to the different display. I don't find it a problem since I normally run everything from the iPad touch screen. MAKE SURE you get the controller joysticks out of their storage slots before you put the Skyreat in place. I've done that a couple of times (excited to fly!) and it is a bit ungainly trying to juggle the iPad (with hood) and Skyreat unit while you are retrieving the joysticks and installing them. The Skyreat folds down nicely. Very clever stowing of the arms that swing up to hold the iPad. The whole thing slips right into my landing pad bag and adds neglible weight. Overall, a great addition to my Mavic Pro2 Zoom.
