Tried many other melatonin supplements and later found that they all have so much sugar , but this has no sugar, wow. My nutritionist told me not to take sleep gummies as gummies base is made with sugar...tried Fast&Up Melatonin on her recommendation and it actually works. I don’t know how people are getting sleep by this tablet. I didn’t notice any remarkable change in my sleeping hours or time. I suppose there are fake reviewers here. I have been using this melatonin tablet since 5 days now. I didn’t get sleep on time even for a single day. I slept at the same time I used to sleep before starting this tablet. Now I think I have just wasted my money on this product. I am not gonna buy it again. This is just as any other melatonin tablet which claims to work but actually not. Just fooling around people saying it has no sugar. It has artificial sweeteners.

I only use it when I need to sleep early and wake up early too! it let's you sleep early but I have less amount of deep sleep when I consume it!

The product works instantly, I was tired and felt sleepy within 5-7 mins of taking this. Flavour is good and good thing is that it has lower sugar compared to other supplements (especially gummies). And the next day I got up fresh without feeling drowsy. Good product, totally recommend.

Unlike other brands which have more sugar this is really amazingI like the way it is dissolves in the water the fizzAnd yes it does the job of helping you sleep better

If you're not sleepy this won't make you sleepy😂. If you're already sleepy this will make you sleep longer. If you take this and feel sleepy, it's a placebo effect due to your brain making you feel like it's working😂. If you're a nocturnal, it won't do a thing. YOUR own effort matters. I took it and stayed up 4 hours after that like it was nothing. So fix your schedule. These won't help if you just rely on them.
