It really helps me reduce pain when wearing high heels for hours. One concern is that I need to apply it to my feet about an hour before I wear the shoes. Otherwise, it will not be dry enough and it will be very slippery when wearing shoes. Overall, It's great to use when I need to wear heels all day.

Hikers best friend
I discovered Compeed while hiking in Europe. I started to develop some friction in my boot, and my friend gave me her stick and I put it between the toes and anywhere that I felt friction from the boat and we hiked 250 miles in 10 days with zero blisters, that's an accomplishment.! A must have
I get so many blisters from shoes or even really red skin from my socks on the backs of my heels. I have this stuff on hand at all times. It really helps when you have something rubbing on your feet. I even works on other parts that are rubbing. I never leave home without this stuff.
