Update to original review:The tags arrived just in time for our trip to visit my parents for Christmas. Within an hour of arriving, the dogs were spooked and ran off into the woods. I didn’t panic straight away as they had these tracker tags on. That’s when we discovered that the tags DO NOT show the location of the dogs! They only show the location of the OWNER’S cellphone!! I didn’t need to know where I was. I needed to know where my dogs were. They were lost in the woods for three days and found by a kid four wheeling the day after a Christmas. Both dogs were covered in abrasions, contusions, dehydrated, extreme exhaustion, and frostbite on their noses and paws. The vet was shocked they’d survived as long as they did. They are still recovering a week later.I imagine these tags are fine if your dog is lost in the suburbs or city. But, not anywhere rural or semi-rural. The misleading description almost lead to my dog’s death. Be aware.(I already own Air Tags, physical tags, and microchips for when my dogs are lost in places they’d be around people.)Original review: “As long as the website stays up for the next ten years this is a fantastic new pet tag! I looked at many different tags and decided on this one. It is holding up well. It was easy to set up. The website is good. It just took a LOT longer to get than expected. I would buy again.

I easily assembled both cat tags into the water-proof cases and I had no problem registering each tab to the handset. Works as expected! No anxiety at all. I love that.

It’s a great tag. It’s cool that my dog gets a little web page. They also have great customer support. My dog lost her collar (w the tag). I let them know and they sent a replacement tag. Really nice of them

The tag itself is large and easy to read. The online profile is easy to setup, and allows you to give the basic details on your dog as well as a little extra info. I've tested and can't seem to get the notifications sent to me. If it's ever needed, whomever finds our dog will have an easy time contacting us.

Received in the mail - perfect, exactly what I was looking for and wanted. The online profile setup is super easy and is super cute!24 hours later - my dog was able to scratch and chew the sides so bad the images below the surface can't be seen well.Do not recommend for avid chewers or scratchers.

Only just got it today but so impressed for the price! Ring seems sturdy, came in a cute pouch and has my number and my dogs beautiful face on. The QR code system impressed us so much….able to add photos, extra numbers, address and additional information. More expensive than a standard tag but well worth it. Writing this review off my own back too, no reward, no request….just want to say it’s fabulous!!

We have had 4 scans in 10 minutes and apparently our cat is 20 miles from where we live and travelled a further 10 miles in 10 minutes. When people scan the QR code, the location of the scan does not work properly. Maybe ours is faulty?

Takes just minutes to set up account and QR Code id tagging. Quite user-friendly. But still relies on people to scan the QR code on their phones and contact the owner out of their goodness of heart.

The only thing is the person scanning has to allow location in order to get a location.
