Subcract the difference. I ordered a 42 because it supposedly ran large, but it was really small in the band when I got it. I reordered a 44DD and although it felt pretty good when I tried it on the last hook, 15 minutes later it feels tight. **Q: I'm 34" under bust and 41" at fullest bust. They have a calculator that asks you to take five different measurements, and they also discuss things such as projection vs. shallow. I was shocked when I calculated my size, but it turned out to be accurate. Only discrepancy I found is that the calculation was correct for underwire bras, but I prefer wireless.
