This will probably be the most exhausting jump rope you will own. It is built very well and durable. It gives me a great workout and tones my body at the same time. Great product if you put in the work to use it.

I love this "jump rope." It is solid in its design and build, heavy but flexible, and comes with a convenient carry bag to store it so that it fits into my gear bag with ease. Worth the money and the workout effort.

Rope worked well but first time I used it literally broke my ankle, I got the 3lb rope but it was too short for me to really jump properly hence my injury. If you are taller go with the 3.5 rope cuz it's longer. Would be good if they added a sizing guide based on weight/height
