Easy read and educational. Think I need to re read make notes and practice. A friend recommended to me. I'm glad she did.

If you do buy this book you are in for a great read. This book opens you up to the appetite of avoiding the NHS and all of it schemes and how they make you sick and how this book can bring an ultimate cure like it did to me. I’m so grateful that I’ve read it and I highly recommend you read it too thank you.

Wonderful information

I wanted to add a review as the book is an interesting read and I am always looking for ways to better myself and my health. The protocol resonated with me so I decided to give it a go. Not everyone detox / health regime is suitable so you have to see what you are called towards.Anyway, I purchased 12% from a UK company called Innovative Naturopathics Store, and also brought the distilled water (which is expensive for just water!!). Anyway, I doubled the dose as firstly I do not have any major health issues, and secondly I am petite so have to factor this into my dosage. So for day one, I had 6 drops 3x a day. I am currently on day 15 and am feeling slightly nauseous (eekkk!!). When I started, I got the flu (which I think is a coincidence as other people called this also). I also developed eczema on my face and feet. Eczema is my main issues which this protocol is meant to help greatly. This gradually subsided and today is just this nauseous feeling.My aim is to continue provided I don't feel worse or have prolonged feelings of nausea. The book states nausea usually disappears after 1-2 days so fingers crossed!!!I will provide an update of my progress / outcomes. So far my energy is overall improved and better digestion. Interestingly, when the eczema flared up, so did my childhood emotional memories! Be warned the healing crises may reveal things your were not expecting!!

This book was recommended by Dr. Bryan Ardis. It was well worth the read. I have a caveat though; not living in the US means as a European that 35% Hydrogen peroxide is not available to me. Therefore, updating is needed with an internal dilution for either 3, 6, 9 or 12% to be included for daily intake. Also, as H2O2 reacts with fats, antioxidants, it doesn't state whether this is reactive for internal ingestion, or nebulisation too. If she were to add notes, I would make recommendations for very specific ingestion and which types and amounts. There are more people outside of the US than inside it, and writers always seem to forget that when writing. Thanks to kindle, audible and other ebook modalities and availabilities, writers need to realise readers may well be outside their country and should inform accordingly..especially as the US regulatory institutions differ greatly from those outside. This book was however informative and detailed well the true healing power of H2O2. I have ordered some from the UK and as soon as I can learn to dilute 12% down I'll begin to use it.

A really interesting book that provides plenty of food for thought on the pharmaceutical industry and their links to politics. I have recommended the One minute cure to,others and am interested to personally try the techniques discussed in the book for maintaining general good health.

Brilliant book and I can’t wait to start using this simple product. I haven’t any deliberating illness, but I ain’t a spring chicken anymore either. I can’t help but wonder how it can benefits the skin. I think I’ll be a Guinea pig and start spraying on my face ( diluted naturally) let’s see if it can improve skin texture and tone. What’s frustrating is working in the health industry and knowing how many people could benefit from this. But alas I find the elderly see Dr’s as Gods and won’t listen to anyone else. Anyway, I’m going to do it for me, and I’ve just ordered a little travel nebuliser, and my 35% is on the way to me via mail.
