I got these because I could put them on the back of my door and hang up my mops and brooms to keep them out of the way in my laundry room and the creative floor space and they were great but after about two or three weeks, I went to takeoff my broom, and the whole thing came off the door. When it came off, it did not damage the paint or the door so I am impressed at that, but I am a little disappointed that it did not last longer and after it came off the door, it would not re-stick to anything else not the door again not the wall so I basically have to buy more command strips for it. It was very easy to put up and it does save a lot of space but if you have any kind of texture to your door or wall sand it first to create a smooth spot.

I have an old home and in an old closet there are a couple of hooks but they aren’t the right size for my broom and mop - so I got these! I have a steamer mop that doesn’t fit in these and is also too heavy, but it holds my brooms and regular mop perfectly! I love that these are individual so I could place them around the existing hooks that hold other cleaning supplies and items. When I placed the adhesive on the back, I pushed it on there tightly and held it for about 30 seconds. Then, I pushed it onto the wall for another 30. Then I inserted the broom - it hasn’t fallen, peeled or anything! It’s been almost a week now, and even my little kids yanking the broom out doesn’t affect the gripper. I’m super happy with these! I may get more for my laundry room stuff!

Obviously any broom hanger will get your cleaning stuff up off the floor. The important features here are; no damage to the walls installing or removing which is what makes command strips worth the money (think security deposit), use as many as you need rather than a fixed strip that is too big or too small, the gripper holds where you put the broom rather than putting it in a loop and sliding down to hold and up to release, push in and pull out with no jiggling to hook on to the loop. While they look big, the distance at which you position them really depends on how many you need to use and the size of the mops and brooms. The installation is easy, but I do recommend following their instructions to wipe down the wall with rubbing alcohol and pressing for the full 30 seconds. I have never had one come off the wall where I have followed those steps. When removing pull straight down SLOWLY, you are causing the adhesive to fail before the strip does. If you go too fast, or pull away from the wall, the strip will fail. And they are not just for mops, they could also be used in a painting area to hold brushes with larger handles or roller frames.

Keep put up on wall of garage so off the floor easy to hang brooms or mop. Easy to put up holds them in place .Makes them look good and easy to grab when needed , when put broom or mop up or down it is sturdy and leave space off floor .

The command strips did not hold when adhered to a painted wall surface even after wiping the wall clean and letting it fully dry before applying. We ended up having to use some command velcro strips. Otherwise great item and holds the mop and broom firmly in the rubber grips.

I used these in my broom closet and they work fantastic. I’ve had no issues with them not being able to hold the weight of the broom. They look good and are functional.

Fantastic. Wished I'd ordered ages ago. Sorted my brooms. One tip, make sure you read instructions and are clear of process. I did this, but somehow ended up with some adhesive tags hanging down.
