not good.
The tools supplied to replace the battery where great but the battery would not take a charge and the box was opened. the battery was slightly bubbled. I was able to return the battery without a problem.

Easy install and great tools
My Dell Inspiron 7373 was having issues with the track pad. It was no longer able to click in individual buttons, I realized the battery (which is located right underneath the track pad) had swollen and was putting pressure on the back of the track pad buttons. The included screwdriver and plastic pick are actually surprisingly nice, and the replacement is super simple. Battery took a charge with no problem, I'm not sure how much life this has in comparison to the factory battery, but so far it seems to work well, and my track pad now functions as it should.
