The best way to be proactive, especially during allergy season, is to keep your nose (your body's filter) clean and this is a high quality Himalayan salt with xylitol which is a natural antibacterial

Gentle and effective packets. Always dissolve. Gives a comfortable rinse as long as you have your water ratio correct per the instructions. Really good deal to buy online and in bulk. After using other brands, can appreciate that it is easy to open the packets and dump into nettipot without causing spillage.
