How many inches between the holes? I already have hooks in place and want to see if I can hang this using the existing hooks.

Mine is 7 1/8" from left hole to center hole (center of hole to center of hole) and 7 3/8" from center hole to right hole. (strange, I know, but I measured twice). But I love the hooks that came with it (flexible a little and quiet, not 'clangy' like others I have heard). I am very pleased with mine.

Are there bigger hooks for this thing? The hooks it came with are too small for my door.

You could probably buy some at a hardware store, I screwed my directly into a wall.
