I have owned and used the black timer for several years. Neither has a brand name or other identifier on it. I bought this new white one in case the black one stops functioning for me. In the meantime, I'll use both in different parts of my house so I won't have to carry one with me when my activity changes.I like that this has a larger whiteboard area than other brands for noting the purpose of a timer. This counts down or counts up, so it can be used also as a stopwatch timer so the user can find out how long it takes to do something. Two AAA batteries last up to a couple years in this timer. I would buy it again - and did.

If you need to keep track of 4 different timers (cooking, medication, tasks, etc ) this is a great timer but if you need it to be a loud alarm this might not be the timer for you. If you need a multiple timer that is not as loud as typical timer this is your timer

The only thing I wish was different was that you could add min onto the first time. For example 1st timer 10 min. When that timer went off the next one set at 5 min would start.

This is EXACTLY what I wanted in terms of having 4 timers going at once if I choose, and a pen to write which is for what. It's more logically arranged than my old one, clear and easy to read. But the "beeper" !!!! It's both faint and piercing - my bionic ears can hear the piercing, but if there's any noise in the area or I'm otherwise distracted (the whole reason need a timer) I'm probably going to miss the alarm.8/28/23 I guess it's too late to return it even though it has essentially died. I say essentially because if I fiddle with the batteries enough I do get the pattern with all the zeros. But when I press anything else, it goes flooey on me, with funny stuff showing and eventually just lines. Amazon, if you can credit me for it, I'd appreciate it.

This timer is perfect! The day that I ran a gel for too long in lab and lost my products, I decided I needed to get a timer. Someone in my lab has this one and raves about it, so I went for this one as well. The only weakness is that the battery flap is not very sturdy, so it can easily fall off and drop the batteries if you drop the timer. This is easily fixed by taping up the back. The magnet is not very strong, but I usually keep the timer flat on a table surface around the lab, so it's fine. No longer do I need to rely on my faulty memory to keep track of things in lab. As soon as I hear that loud annoying beeping sound, I know my various lab duties await!

First, the things I like about this timer:- It has a lot of timers/stopwatches (4 total)- It has a rewritable surface- Both the unit and the included marker have magnets- The battery compartment is easy to open by hand without using any additional tools- It has a pretty clean design, no logos or unnecessary text printed on the frontThe things I dislike:- The reset instructions are only partially covered on the instructions paper- The reset instructions can only be found on the instructions paper; it would have been nice if it was printed on the front of the device as well- Pressing the buttons puts way too much pressure on the bottom of the LCD screen; I'm a little concerned this could lead to damage over repeated use, but time will tell- 1 of the 2 magnets came out on its very first use- The kickstand works, but it might not be totally obvious that you have to open it all the way to get it to be stable (it locks into one position, but then you have to open it even further until it locks into a position beyond the previous one)- The start/stop button is a totally different shape; it's a little distracting; maybe it's intentional to keep people from pressing it on accident, but it doesn't look that great- I really wish the beeping while pressing the buttons could be disabled- Another nice-to-have would have been a magnetic writing surface so that magnet labels could be easily attached to the frontConclusion: It looks like it will do what I need it to do, but the magnets coming off so easily and the pressure exerted on the bottom of the LCD while using the buttons is a bit concerning to me.

I like this timer a lot my only reason for less than four stars is that the stand doesn't stay out well and any time it falls over there is a risk it will reset which is a problem in a professional or home kitchen! Overall, really great product.

For the price, this is a decent timer. My wife appreciates that the alarm tone sounds less like a smoke detector then my last timer. The dogs appreciated too.

I need to track the time I spend on different tasks. This tool helps me best capture my time as I switch between tasks without skipping a beat. The integrated whiteboard is the best touch. The entire design is very convenient. I purchased two: one for home, another for the office.To reset any one of the four timers, press HR and MIN together.I could not go back to living without it.

Ich habe mir den Timer für eine wichtige Prüfung, die aus mehreren Zeitabschnittten besteht, bestellt. Daher lege ich keine Wertung auf Whiteboard oder Magneten. Der Timer funktioniert gut und die Bedienung ist denkbar einfach. Auch die Bedienungsanleitung ist problemlos zu verstehen, trotz der englischen Sprache.Die Töne des Timers sind laut und gut zu vernehmen. Der Ton ist aber wohl leider nicht abstellbar, obwohl es unter Merkmale des Produkts beschrieben steht. Auch in der Anleitung steht nicht, wie der Ton auszuschalten ist.Sonst bin ich mit dem Produkt recht zufrieden, werde ihn dennoch wahrscheinlich zurückschicken. Da ich gerade auf die Stummschaltung angewiesen bin.

This is a very neat and useful timer with 4 timings you can keep on the go at the same time. It's well made, easy to set up and easy to use, and easy to keep clean. The bit on the side where you can write is very useful too, with a handy little pen with its own eraser supplied which fits neatly on the back. This definitely makes for a good practical and welcome gift, and and I am definitely glad I bought one for myself!!

The only thing that's wrong with it is. I can't figure out how to turn it off.
