Have to get the ‘prongs’ dead on for it to charge so care taken when lying it down otherwise it becomes detached. Will do as a spare

Bought this to replace my original as I thought I had lost it. It works perfectly and of course I found the original after I received it. However, I’m keeping it so that I can always leave one at home.

After forgetting her Fitbit Luxe charger at home, my wife was bummed out that she would not be able to track her steps (wanted to compare it to our last trip to Europe). We could not find any locally, so I ordered this one. It isn't as durable as the one at home: it doesn't "click" when properly attached, but it stays connected while charging on the nightstand. Very happy with it.

This works well - I lost my fitbit charger and so I thought I should try this. This works just as well as the real thing and very reasonable cost.

Will not charge, won't send back as for the price i paid not worth the hassle.
