Best Kitchen Product of ALL Time!!!
I love ALL Kitchen in the box items and I have a couple. This mixer is perfect for the person who bakes for their family often. It's easy to use, works like a charm and takes up way less space than a big bulky mixer. I keep it on my kitchen counter all the time. It's pretty too! So easy to clean and put away! It's smaller, light weight, everything fits in and pops out, so you don't have to worry about something breaking. I have one recipe that says "mix for one minute...no more...no less!". Even a hand mixer doesn't stop in time but Kitchen in a box does everything perfect! I love my Aqua Kitchen in a box!!!

Yes, it is small, though smaller useable capacity
First, I do love this mixer. It’s just me & my husband, & as much as I love the commercial-grade appliances, I do not need them. This will work for pancakes, a box cake mix, mixing your own dressing, & I’ve just made butter with it. Now, let me state some things that could help you decide if this is the right size mixer for you & yours! Yes, technically a 3.2 capacity, & that’s just over 12 cups. I filled it with 12 cups water & it was *right* to the brim of the bowl, so there is absolutely no way you will be able to use 3.2 quarts of anything. I put 1qt (4cups) heavy cream in there & it did a beautiful job with making the butter. From that, I got about a pound of butter, & 2 cups fresh buttermilk that I freeze & use for French toast, pancakes, or other baking. There is zero chance I’d have been able to make a double batch, or 8 cups of the aforementioned 12 cup capacity, without it becoming a huge mess on the counter. So know that it is 3.2qt capacity, but maybe about half that is useable capacity. I have included photos & used a 1 cup glass measuring cup for reference. Next, I have arthritis & the Kitchenaid mixers I have had in the past would now be very, very difficult to move on my own. This little honey has 4 strong suction cups that keep it securely in place on the counter, it’s compact enough to leave in its own spot, & when I do need to move it I can do it on my own & without having to ask my husband. Finally, just a helpful hint. When I took off the bowl a little buttermilk got on the area where the bowl sits, & so I wiped it up. When I went back to do my normal post-use wipe down I pushed it back & there was some buttermilk on the counter. So when you clean it, take care to wipe the bowl seat & underneath the unit itself. Overall, this is perfect for my needs. If I baked like I did in my younger days, it wouldn’t have worked at all. Update, I wanted to show the capacity & mess. Again, not a complaint, just something to be aware of. The video is when it actually turns to butter & goes everywhere. I don’t use the spatter shield, I just drape a kitchen towel over it & it helped. Next time I won’t be making a video & it will be less mess. & this baby is cheaper & better than a butter churn I bought on Amazon & returned because it arrived broken. You will love this gem if you are prepared for the small size.

Kitchen in the box Batidora de pie
An excellent blender for its price! It is practical, easy to use and has very good power to prepare doughs, mixtures and desserts. The container is resistant and the different accessories are very useful. It has worked perfectly from the first use. I totally recommend it!

Does the job, good for price
I bought this just to help me make pizza dough. I’ve only used it once, but here’s what I find: 100% you need to wash the bowl and the different mixing attachments right out of the box. They weren’t visibly dirty, but had that factory metal feel of dust or something on them. Not a big deal, this should be standard for anything you prepare food in. The machine is simple to use, very intuitive. Stick the attachment you want into the machine, lock the bowl in the bottom, press the button to tilt the head up or down etc. The weight is good. It’s not heavy, but doesn’t feel too light either. The base is very solid, with the suction cups. It shouldn’t vibrate out of its spot once you put it down. However I find (and based on videos on these reviews a lot of other people have too) that the top part (the part that holds the dough hook, and tilts up and down to allow you change attachments or remove the bowl) shakes a lot when in use. You see a lot of movement, and you’ll wonder if it’s just because this is a cheap mixer ($69 compared to KitchenAid, yeah it is).. or if you got a messed up unit. I think it’s just how they all are. The materials of all the pieces seem to be of good quality, good enough. It’s about the size of a sewing machine or two small coffeemakers next to each other. I’m sure it’s a pretty versatile machine, but I bought it just to make dough. The speeds: seem a little fast. Ignore the reviews of people saying it spills stuff everywhere. They’re using it wrong: either by overloading it or by turning it to a high speed too soon. It even comes with a plastic splash guard thing that clips above the bowl. Keep in mind this is for small batches, not to run a bakery. And you need to have patience, not just throw every ingredient in at once and turn it on. I do feel like the lowest speed feels more like a 3 rather than a 1, but it’s fine. I didn’t need to crank it up much when making dough. Not sure how it would hold up against something really thick. The only time it spilled something out of the bowl for me was when I was adding things while it was moving. But I used 4 1/2 cups of flour which is a good size dough, and it was fine. It’s good for its price, but probably can’t hold up against the name brands.

Reliable and easy to use, company is the best
I bought this mixer in March for fun and ended up creating a business with it. This mixer is very reliable, easy to use, easier to clean, has suction cups to keep it in place, a safety setting so it doesn’t turn on unless locked, dishwasher safe, compact size, not too loud… it covers all the bases for a mixer and gets your job DONE! It has helped my little business blow up over the last five weeks. The price is well worth it!! With that said, I was getting overloaded with orders and my mixer started to lose juice. I had 13 batches of cookies one day and it overheated and shut down on me. I let it cool off and it came right back up to finish these batches, then I switched to my other mixer to let it rest. A week ago, the mixer stopped spinning altogether. I was on the phone with product support (from Amazon) for over an hour trying to figure a way to get the mixer to start spinning again and after talking to four agents the mixer was confirmed dead. Lemme go ahead and reiterate that I started a BUSINESS with this thing, DOZENS of orders every week along with icings and frostings, so I was using this a lot over the last month. I took really good care of it but I definitely used it more than your average baker. So I fully understand why it stopped working as intended. A little mixer like this was probably not meant to handle a load this big. And for the price, I was not upset when it was time to get a new one. I STILL RECOMMEND THIS MIXER!! Anyway this is where the reliability really comes in. The manufacture immediately swept in and sent a replacement for my mixer and it just arrived on my doorstep!! I didn’t realize that it’s covered by a one year warranty. And now I’m back on track to get started on May orders and am so happy to not have to shell out a couple hundred for another kitchen aid. If this happens again I would absolutely buy another mixer from this company and if I ever get to the point of having a brick and mortar company, I’d display this mixer in the front window. And if I do baking classes with kiddos, THEY WOULD USE THIS MIXER! I’ve recommended this product to several people and would absolutely recommend it to you too. YOU WILL NOT BEAT THIS PRICE!! Customer service from manufacture is top tier! And I’m going to start baking right after this post. Happy mixing, y’all!

Perfect for the solo baker!
Today, we used this stand mixer for the first time. It was really tiny, but the size was perfect to make one homemade cake. It is the perfect size for making a single recipe for the 2 people in my house. I suspect that it will make 1 challah loaf and 1 batch of homemade brownies. If you are flying solo and aren't a professional baker, give this a try. It was the right size and the right price for what we need in my home. On top of that, it is so stinkin' cute!

Good mixer, but definitely not for heavy use.
After my trusty Kitchen Aid died, I was in the market for a new mixer. I didn't think to look at used ones, and went with this. I'm going to try and have faith. This mixer definitely has a smaller bowl than a kitchen aid. They do include a plastic ring that helps keep most ingredients from spilling out of the bowl if you happen to have a lot of flour or something. My test mix used 2 1/4 cups of flour or so. It wasn't the first ingredient put in, so when I added it, the mixer did it's best to work it in, but a bit still escaped. I did most of my mixing on low. When mixing brown sugar and softened butter, I could hear it working hard. Then when I added more ingredients, I could REALLY tell that this poor mixer would rather be doing other things, like sitting quietly on a shelf. I do like how thoughtful they were in including the ring and a scraper, although the scraper is a hard plastic. The color really pops. The mechanism for letting the mixer lift up is not bad, but I'm a little concerned about the durability. When you push a button, the mixer seems to have a spring to help lift it up to lift the mixer. When you push it in again, you can put it back into mixing position. One big plus is that it definitely got all ingredients from the side of the bowl and the bottom. That's actually better than how my kitchen aid handled things. So overall in the test mix, it wasn't bad. As as been stated, this can't hold a ton. It did fine with this particular cookie mix, and I think it should be fine for general use. Just be careful not to overwork it.
