Can I use this fuel in my car

NO NO NO. This is fine fuel, but for 2 stroke engines, which get their lubrication from the fuel. Your engine is 4 stroke which needs no oil in the gasoline. Hope this helped. Happy new year.

how much oil would you add to make it 25;1 ratio?

Add 1/2 oz. of oil, mix well, and it would be 25:1 mixture. Would not recommend that.

how far does 1qt. go for a backpack blower?

Not very far backpack blowers chew up a lot of fuel, but use this over mixed poor quality gas any day motors start right up after sitting
