Instant Pot Vortex Plus - Air Fryer Dual Basket, XL – 8 Smart Functions

Had this for sometime now and it’s the best purchase I’ve made. The size of both draws are suitable for my needs and the device itself is not noisy. The air fryer looks sleek and is not bulky at all and quick and easy to use.

The dual basket arrived well packaged, took 2 mins to unbox. While it’s a rather large item it is remarkably light.The Vortex Plus Dual Basket has been an absolute game-changer in my kitchen. I don’t think I’ll ever use my oven again.It’s not just good; it’s exceptional. What truly sets it apart from my traditional oven is its remarkable speed. This air fryer cooks food in no time, which is a huge plus—not to mention the cost saving on electricity.I opted for this rather than the ninja as it cost less and looks just as good.The dual basket feature allows me to prepare multiple dishes simultaneously, cutting down cooking time even further. The build not only looks sleek but also ensures durability.It’s a workhorse in the kitchen, and I appreciate the quality.The results are consistently delicious, with a perfect crispy texture on chips and fried chicken. I’m thrilled with my purchase and can’t recommend the 8QT Vortex Plus Dual Basket enough for those who want both quality and speed in their cooking.The only thing I don’t like is the instant logo, looks cheap and nasty like a five year old was let loose with adobe illustrator. However, the fryer is amazing so I can live with it.

Have been using this for a little while now so can make an informed review. I love this air fryer, the fact that I can see how food is cooking without opening the drawer is a real positive for me, it’s quick, efficient, convenient, energy saving and I wouldn’t be without it! I hardly use my big oven anymore, don’t need to as this machine cooks most things perfectly in record time, no waiting for it to heat up, literally ready to cook in seconds and cleaning it is a breeze, it’s non stick so no need for a dishwasher, it’s also cheaper than other leading brands, what more could you ask for?! Highly recommended!

Like many people we had been concidering an Air Fryer. We have the Instant Pot which we have been very pleased with so decided to go with the Instant brand. We also decided on the duel basket version as there is normally just 2 of us, so one basket is often all we need. However, the 2nd basket gives the flexibility of ccooking another item on a different time and temp. Very pleased with the results on all the frozen frys, chips and other items we would normally do in the normal oven. They do seem to crisp up better without overcooking and drying them out. We have also tried Buffalo chicken wings (fantastic) and salmon. We have yet to try some of the other functions, so can't comment, but just the Air Fryer function has been great.Cleaning is very easy. We have just hand washed in hot soapy water because it's been so easy. Not yet put anything in the dishwasher, so can't comment.The instruction book is a little sparse. However a quick internet search will tell you the the general rule of thumb is 20C lower temp than a Fan Oven and 20% less time, and so far this seems to be working.Since getting this we have probally used the large oven 70-80% less, and had better results. Very pleased with the purchase and we just know this will be used weekly. Not one of those gadgets you buy and then it gets pushed to the back of the cupboard. If you buy one, you won't be disappointed.

I don't write reviews often but this Air Fryer has been a game changer. Can cook almost everything you can cook in the oven, only quicker and using less energy. Easy to use and clean and nothing has got stuck to the bottom of the trays. The ability to cook both halves of the air fryer together, or separately, is very useful and the unit heats up quickly and cooks evenly. A++ and highly recommended.

Ease of use and programming...bakes and re-heats food as well as air fry...haven't dehydrated anything yet. Would be 5 stars but trays can be awkward at times but windows stay clear and do not fog.

Yes, I'm one of those people who didn't want to believe in air fryers as it seemed like a fad.I resisted for a long time but evidence built up around my social circles and I finally decided to jump on the bandwagon.This air fryer is great.2 baskets to cook different food at the same time is a must.This size adequately feeds our 3 person household with a growing and hungry teen included.As many others testify, we barely use our oven anymore.By the way, this is super easy to clean. I've not had to scrub at all and we've made a variety meals including chicken, lamb, fish, chips, vegetables. Even made some bacon in it.Our cooking and cleaning times are far less now.Buy one, you won't regret it!

I'm not the world's greatest cook, but my new air fryer has really helped me raise my game. Friends told me about the enhanced crispness of air frying, but I didn't anticipate the improvement in flavour too. It's quick, economical and very easy to clean. I've used air fry, roast, bake and reheat functions. I use the Sync Finish every day. I've done chicken, steak, fish fingers, chips and sweet potato fries, roast potatoes and yorkshire puddings, crisped up baguettes and baked croissants. Very happy indeed.
