Feels relaxed and refreshed
I've been using this sleep spray for the past couple times, and it's worked really well for me. I spray it about 20 minutes before bed, and I feel myself relaxing much faster than usual. I also stay asleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed instead of groggy. The spray is easy to use, tastes pleasant, and has become part of my nightly routine. I'll definitely be buying another bottle.

Not what it claims to be. Avoid.
I watched the review from an individual on you tube about how great of sleep you will have. The best sleep of your life. This is crap. I waited two hours for anything to kick in. And when it did, it was awful. I've tried melatonin in the past but hated the after affects. The next day hang-over. This was like that but from the get-go. Not able to relax nor get any sleep. This product needs extensive work to be viable for anyone to take. I'm a sucker for sleep products seeing as I do not sleep well. This product claims many things. But delivers on none. Avoid at all costs.

Works well when it is difficult to sleep
This spray has worked really well for those nights when it’s hard to unwind. I like that it’s quick to use before bed, and I’ve been sleeping more soundly and waking up feeling rested the next morning. It tastes great and so I always use this when I travel and it is difficult to sleep.

Jury is out on this. Wasn’t fast acting so far. Will give it a few more nights to get a true assessment

Sleep spray
I’ve used this for the last four nights and I’ve slept good each night. They don’t seem to stop being as effective after consecutive use. It’s not a real fast acting sleep aid, so I’d recommend taking 30-45 mins before you want to fall asleep. The fact that you are wide awake without any side effects is a plus

Lifesaver when I can't really sleep
This spray has been a lifesaver after stressful days when falling asleep feels impossible. It's simple to use, works quickly for me, and I've been sleeping through the night much more often.

It Works!
Surprised after I tried this how well it works! You do need to use the 8 pumps of the spray and I alternate evenings with a Nature Made sleep pill so not to develop a tolerance to it. Works quickly and I'm not drowsy in the morning.
