One set was for a bathtub shower and the other was for a walk-in shower using the ceiling mounted shower head. We had a professional installer who didn’t mention any challenges with installing the units. They have been in for several weeks now and are just perfect for our new bathrooms.The volume of the water from the shower head water pressure is strong and heavy while still being a lower flow overall. We love the added handheld as well.The only issue we had was the ceiling mount arm was only about 8 inches and it seemed too short. I tried to contact the company but no response so we just purchased a longer 12 inch compatible arm on Amazon and used that in place of the 8in arm.
