Perfection!
This speaker is sufficiently loud. I was firstly unable to get the volume up in line and optical mode but the Obage team helped me through whatsapp and told me that volume is controllable through the front buttons as well. Sound is clear, bass is clear, vocals are clear. Wood used is good quality and all controls are working fine. The product is quality for the money I paid. Highly recommended.

Sound quality is good, other aspects need to be improved
I purchased this product about a week ago and used it for upwards of 30 hrs. I've charted out my ownership experience thus far, hope it helps you make an informed purchasing decision! The positives:1) Sound Quality: As this price point (I paid ~6700 for this during a sale event), the audio quality is VERY good. The tri-amplification feature basically means that you can adjust the output to sound EXACTLY the way you want it. I use this in my living room (~300 Sqft) and this speaker is easily able to fill the room with sound. Those that want loud speakers, please look elsewhere.2) Looks and build quality: I get that this part is subjective, but I am happy (for the most part) with how the speaker looks. The fit and finish is decent and the materials appear sturdy. With the exception of the open woofer, which is quite ugly, I am more than satisfied. Could it look better? Yes, but at what cost? :)Areas to improve:1) Quality Control: A product quality/customer experience mindset is missing. Overall, it looks like Obage saw a market opportunity and/or niche for this product, did 60-70% of the work and pushed it out the door. This is especially painful to see since they obviously did the important work well (sound quality) but dropped the ball elsewhere.- The RCA cables (included with the speaker) create a lot of noise (hissing) when used so I discarded this option. Ditto with the Aux cable. HDMI ARC is not available in this speaker which leave OPT as the connection of choice when connecting a TV.- The OPT output to my TV (Samsung Frame 2020) doesn't work the way it's supposed to. When I set my TV's audio output to OPT on my TV, I hear a loud screeching noise but when I set this to TV speaker, I inadvertently set up a parallel connection, i.e both my TV as well as the speakers started to output sound. Some hissing ensues when I touch/jiggle the cables near the speaker port. Not a major deal but I thought it's worth mentioning for people facing this issue. If the sound from your TV and the speaker don't go well together, just mute the TV and proceed with just the ST-777.- There is a constant low humming sound WHENEVER the speaker is on. Based on my internet research this appears to be the 50 Hz hum caused by the power supply. Using the remote to switch off the speaker does not stop this buzz. The only way to stop it is to physically switch off the speaker. This can cause a literal and figurative headache for some folks if left on, so you may have to physically switch the speaker on and off when you wish to use it. This is quite annoying.- I understand from other customer reviews here that Obage has a helpful customer service department, I intend to contact them shortly to see if these issues are design related or quality control related.2) Poorly designed/lack of features: Some examples below..- The main feature for this product is tri-amplification right? So why not add controls for these on the remote? You've to get up and walk over to the speaker to make adjustments or be happy with the preset EQ options.- The remote is built to a price, a low price... like, a really low price. I suspect Obage (or their supplier) bought these remotes by weight from China. It does work as intended so there's that. Also, batteries weren't included in the box.- I predominantly use Bluetooth to stream music from my laptop or phone. Every time I switch off the speaker (see my point about the 50 Hz hum above) I need to cycle through the input modes to Bluetooth again. This is somewhat annoying. Why can't the speaker retain the input mode?- The Bluetooth connection is somewhat finicky. On some occasions I need to switch off the speaker, cycle through the input modes etc. to get my devices to connect to the speaker. That said, once I do connect, the connection is quite stable and I've rarely faced disconnections even when paired for 3-4 hours.- The accompanying user manual is ...umm...subpar to say the least. It DOESN'T EVEN CONTAIN a page or even mention of this particular model. In a particularly egregious example of a chalega attitude, Obage just shipped a standard user manual without updating it for this model. Spelling mistakes/formatting errors in the manual give off the impression that this is a poor quality product. Obage, my humble contention is that this takes no money to fix. All that's needed is for someone to actually think deeply about the ENTIRE customer journey/experience, not just the sound.- When connected via Bluetooth, I noticed some preset equaliser settings such as Rock, Classical, Pop etc. This option isn't available when connected via OPT as far as I can tell (presumably to reproduce sound the way the content provider intended?). I haven't tried the AUX/RCA options yet, so I can't say if the EQ settings are available there. So, not only are there digitally preset EQ settings, we have 3 physical knobs to control the BASS/TREBLE/MID. So what exactly happens when I adjust the 3 knobs and then use the preset EQ settings? I'd love to know how we can manage/set these 2 ways of modifying the sound output. Information and or recommendations like this would be useful to have in, you know, a proper user manual :)Overall verdict: The audio quality is excellent for this price range, but the user experience/quality control needs improvement.Hope this review helps guide your purchasing decision!

Sounds really good and balanced
It sounds exactly as the sound at recording time, but remember to tune it well through its knobs. The bass is really deep but remember the song must have such bass as well. The sound system is really loud, it depends upon the content being played. Bluetooth as an input produces really high loudness but leads to reduction in sound quality a bit. Optical input is very good quality if the content is hi-res or lossless. Some tv apps may show less output from speaker but its the app or content which has low volume not the speaker.Sound quality:- 10/10 (Really well balanced sound with no overpowering bass).Bass:- 10/10 (Very good and deep bass).Clarity:- 9/10 (Needs 1 more tweeter to deliver high notes more as vocals sometimes overpower high notes, though it can be adjusted as it has mid control knob also which is really very good and unique in this price range for this system).Vocals:- 20/10 ( This system really delivers great sounding vocals as it also has mid control knob to tune it well which is really good as it can be adjusted to make music and vocals sound way good).Stereo:- 8/10 ( Even though it's a mono speaker it produces sound very loud and vibrant which reduces its fault for not being stereo much. Remember to place the system properly)TV Speaker:- 20/10 ( Soundbars are really good for TVs but it doesn't come in this price range and this speaker delivers sound equally comparable or better than soundbars along with really deep bass. Its way better than soundbars around this price range as they won't have such good balanced sound and a really deep bass with a mid control knob).Value For Money:- 20/10 (Real value for money and one cannot find another speaker system as unique as this in this price range or in a little higher priced speaker system).

Do NOT buy. Go for a good brand instead
Within a year the speaker started making noise after 5-10 minutes of playing the song. Money wasted
