Impressive Company
I bought this item this past December for the intention of using the hat press. Unfortunately I ran out of time so didn’t get a chance to use it so I didn’t open my box till last month. When I noticed when I opened the box it was mousing a part of the cup press. I thought for sure I was screwed since it was so long since I pitched the press. I contacted seller and he gave me no hassle and was more then happy to send me the piece I needed and videos with instructions. I highly recommend I this company and product.

I have used the mug press twice. It smoked since the first time I used it and now it is falling apart. There is no number to contact the company. I NEED HELP
