I’ve purchased this at least 4 times, I think it’s the better of the ones I love purchased in the past. It doesn’t have any taste, no jitters after you take it and if you take it after your workout, it helps recover faster and maintain your energy. It doesn’t break a the way down, so you have to shake it as you drink it, if not it can have a bit of a sandy texture.
