Great Tape - Bargain Price
I highly recommend this. I have not used KT tape before, but I had a lot of knee pain and watched a few videos and ordered this tape. It took me a few tries to get it on right and sticking at first, but once I figured it out, I can put it on my knee and can actually walk up and down the stairs again with almost no pain! I also wrap my ankle I sprained multiple times and it gives great support without cutting off the circulation like those elastic things do. I have not tried other brands, but this seems like a very good tape. It adheres very well and I can leave it on for several days and it stays on even after getting it wet and taking showers and it does not hurt my skin when I take it off. Good value for the money and will order again.

Definitely adheres
THIS SHOULD ONLY BE USED ON YOUR THICKER SKIN AREAS. I, of course ( knowing 🤪) put it on BOTH sides of lower neck on down traps Ect. It does not come off in the shower! My neck was not happy. Skin irritation after a day and a half. I took it off too forcefully and you can figure it out. A bit of rash and skin missing. I KNOW BETTER. The tape is great in the right places. I do have to be careful with different adhesives. I am sensitive, but this was my own fault

Good Support, Decent-ish Stick
Of all the Kinesiology tapes I've tried, this tape is good for the cost. It has a thicker fabric tape which offers more support than thinner tapes. It has 2" block marks so you can measure out your strip lengths. I've found it to be supportive and helpful for a sprained ankle, knee and connective tissues. Yet, I've had to keep socks on round the clock to keep the tape on my ankle for several days. The stickiness is average. It will tend to loosen with repeated clothing changes, bed sheets, especially flannel sheets, hence the socks at night for the ankle. If I'm hiking and wearing my shortie socks, the tape above my socks with loosen from dust and sweat. However, if I have longer socks that helps keep it on. Taking care to not disturb it, helps keeps it sticking. Blot it dry out of the shower, rather than rubbing. On the plus side, it won't irritate your skin as much as stickier tape if you take it off frequently. On the down side, you may need to replace it more often as it's more prone to detach. To get the most bang out of your buck, wash your hands and skin first and let everything completely dry. Watch the technique of how a good PT applies kinesiology tape (on a lot of videos) to maximize how long it will stick. Leaving at least 1.75 - 2" at each end that is applied without stretch prevents the tape from wanting to recoil at the ends. (The tape is 2" wide for reference.) Also, apply without touching the sticky part at all. Don't take all the paper back backing off at once. Fold and crease away from the edge, at the end of your non-stretch zone or in the middle. Tear / break the paper at the crease and pull the paper off from the inner region out toward the end. Hold the end with the paper still on and take the paper backing off in sections. It takes some practice, but it makes a big difference. (Watch a good PT in a video to see.) And finally rubbing the tape with the paper just pulled off (printed side glides better than the shiny side) creates and friction and heat so the tape adheres better. Get all your strips on at once. Going back an hour later or so allows enough residue to reduce the stick of additional layers or overlap.

Football player wrap
Used this to wrap knees and ankle for my son who plays center. It work perfect and sticks well. Was worried at first it was not original KT tape but this really worked and stuck until removed with rubbing alcohol

Allergic reactions can happen
I had an allergic reaction to the tape but it worked well for what I wanted but my entire arm became red with hives and I’ve never had a allergic reaction to athletic tape before.

The adhesive is strong!
I use kinesiology tape for my feet. Normally, tape only last a day or two before flong off. However, this tape has lasted up to 8 days. Regardless of being wet, this tape is not coming off. If you have it over hair, be prepared to be in pain when pulling it off, even after being on over a week.

This was nice that it came in a big pack but it didn’t last long
I bought this thinking it would last along time as my niece went through a roll in two weeks or a week. This didn’t even last a month more like two weeks. She said it did t stay stuck to her skin. So she had to keep changing it. Price was nice but I won’t buy it again.
