A: AFAIK, the 2602 will not work with the home ooma.  I think the home system will only work with analog phones.

If answering via speaker, not an issue, but can't have a private phone call when need with the latter making this phone unusable Considering it is a basic office phone, it works great and delivers on the core elements you expect in a phone. Clear display, quality sound including mic and speaker, good build quality and buttons, grippy base combined with the relaxed phone coil means the base will stay put.
