I recently realized I hate the taste of coffee from a stainless steel cup, so I ordered this to supplement my one ceramic cup that I have been using every day for a year. It’s really cute AND IT FITS IN MY CAR CUPHOLDER! This is the new daily use cup for sure. Easy to clean. The lid comes apart easily to fully clean the pieces so no gunk starts accumulating.Update: It broke on my third wash. I’m guessing it was a fluke, but definitely disappointed.

Pretty and functions perfectly. The top is easy to put on and to open and close and doesn’t leak when you drink. This does just what I wanted - to take a mug of coffee with me while I drive. Feels like carrying a mug from my kitchen with no handle to get in the way in my drink holder. Those who mention that it doesn’t hold heat like a metal thermal mug are right but this isn’t that kind of mug. Heat is extended for a drive or when moving around doesn’t slosh with the cover and I much prefer the taste and feel to the metal mugs. Perfect if you’ll be drinking the contents after you pour.

Like everyone we have a ridiculous number of $20+ stainless steel insulated coffee mugs. I have noticed that tea tastes funny in my stainless mug but much better in a ceramic mug, hence this purchase. The mug itself is heavier than it looks and appears to be well made. There is a little plug in the bottom to prevent water from getting in the "air space", so be careful not to knock it out. It does come out easily and I did almost lose it. The mug will keep your tea hot about 2-3 times longer than a normal ceramic mug. The mug does not impart a taste in my drink and is dishwasher safe. Due to the metallic coating, it is NOT microwave safe and that is NOT printed on the mug, but in the instructions. The lid is really the problem. Not only does it not seal very good, it has a nasty taste that none of the plastic lids on my stainless mugs have. At this point, I am using it without the lid, which obviously means that it keeps my tea hot for maybe 2x longer than a normal mug. If the lid did not impart a bad taste, I would probably give this a 3.5 star rating because it is not microwave safe [and not printed on the mug] and the lid is clunky and does not seal well.

Perfect size for a cup of coffee in the car. I prefer to not use the plastic lid. Fits in my cup holder.

Love this cup. Have used it everyday for the last seven months for my morning hot tea. Keeps beverage warm for a long time.

I purchased this item and didn't use it for a month. I got up one more and brewed a cup of coffee and placed the mug on the counter. I came back and noticed coffee leaking all over the counter from the crack as displayed in the image. I initially thought it fell at some point. However, the crack on the ceramic continued expanding - apparently from the heat of its contents. Needless to say this was extremely disappointing. I liked the aesthetics of the item, but there seems to be some quality issues (at least with the purchase I made). Needless to say the return window passed and I'm unable to get a replacement.

This cup is amazing keeps me from spilling my coffee or burning my hand when I transport it. Plus it fits in the cup holder of my car. A must for coffee drinkers that can’t drink out of a steel cup.

Love the country store looks. My fave mug for tea. Easy clean, spill proof, very well insulated.
