Much better than saline only- opens your nose feels refreshed. I use it all the time at least twice a day, it’s a life safer when paired with Flonase. Using it before the allergy medicine eliminates all of the taste and makes it much more effective. I feel like the Flonase can actually get into my nose after starting with this.

I'm used to the typical saline bottle, both pressurized and the type you need to squeeze. I also use a daily prescription nasal spray, so have a lot of experience with these types of sprays.Volume: For standard saline sprays, I'm used to spraying as long as I inhale. So for a quick deep breath, I may spray for a second or so. One quick press of this delivers more liquid than I can inhale, so I've learned to do a 1/4 second release and no more, otherwise I have liquid running out of my nose. It's a pressurized can, so delivers mist as long as the tip is held down.Effects: I have sinus polyps, and sneezing triggers a bunch of stuff, from coughing to headaches to runny nose and post-nasal drip. I've found that a dose of this mist helps reduce the post nasal drip and runny nose - much better than saling alone.Taste: It winds up in the back of my throat after a strong inhale, plus we all know taste and smell are tied together. This has an earthy taste I can't place - nothing really stands out, but I can tell it's not just saline.Overall I'm pleased with it, although it is expensive.

I have been using this product for a while now and also introduced my friends and family and they love it .I use it in the morning and at night so my airways wouldn’t be dry and stuffy thanks this spray is comfortable to use and very helpful

I appreciate the idea of a smaller size so you don’t use the same nasal spray and re-infect yourself but the size is way too small. I went through my first bottle in a few days. It’s much cheaper to stick with the 8oz bottles I use and toss them weekly.

It is vegan and cruelty free and can be used as often as necessary.This saline spray is ideal for me both during allergy season as well as winter when the dryness caused by artificial heating makes it hard to breathe comfortably. I am hesitant to use medicated nasal spray too often because that can increase blood pressure as well as cause other adverse effects.The ingredients in this non medicated spray relieve my dryness and congestion well and it really helps when I wake during the middle of the night with a stuffy nose. I love the scent of this spray - much more than a pure saline spray. It opens up my nasal passages quickly, and only a little is needed, so I don't feel like I'm sniffing and sniffing to get it to go through my nasal passages. We also have the Bento box of this product, which I love, and I find the products are effective; however, none of us want to attempt to share the Wellness Saline Spray, so I got each of us a saline spray of our own and the scent of each of these sprays is wonderful but doesn't irritate our sinuses.
