I am 5’5 and I got the XL which I could have gotten the L but the dress was still perfect. So I would still go with your regular size but remember the material of the dress does stretch. This dress is beautiful.

I don’t know how long the dress is but it’s pretty long. I am 5’51/2” and I just made sure to put more gather in the tummy area and I wore high heels. It still touched the floor but not to the point of tripping over the dress. Hope this helps.
