EltaMD AM Restore Daily Lightweight Facial Moisturizer

Best face lotion! I have sensitive combination skin and I am always riding the line between oily and drying but still wanting the moisturizing properties. This has been the only face lotion that I notice my face is hydrated and I have not broken out from. No matter what climate I am in (beach or desert) my skin is happy. I have been using it for 5 years and is still my go to! Just wish the price point was a little lower since it lasts about a month and a half with everyday use 1x a day. The consistency is creamy and absorbs quickly into skin. I have also noticed my face does not burn at the beach after I apply this so the spf works well. The packaging is great with the pump, however you do need to be aware of the weight of the bottle or how much you have used since you dont have a warning when you are running low. One day you will just be out and unable to pump.

I LOVE ELTAMD products. For the first time in my adult life- I've found a product that actually suits my skin. See my morning/nighttime regimen below. I've tried La Roche Posay, CeraVe, Neutrogena, Cetaphil- nothing has worked well with my skin. It's either made me break out, or look greasy, or dry. My skin type, from what I've been told by a dermatologist, is more acne prone/normal. I've previously used Rodan and Fields unblemish regime (but was super expensive) and I tried the Sunday Rileys "Wake up with Me Complete Brightening Morning Skincare Set" which didn't make me break out, but also didn't leave my skin feeling amazing- made my poors enlarged- and was also expensive for the full product sizes. Night Skin care routine: Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip face cleanser $35 (lasts me a year- I use pea size, daily use) EltaMD PM Restore Moisturizer $45 (lasts me 5 months, daily use *Occasionally I'll use a serum as the last step* Rodan + Fields Active Hydration Serum - $120 (lasts me 6-9 months, use as needed) Morning Routine: Either cold water to rinse night time product off or Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip EltaMD AM Restore Moisturizer $45 (last 3 months) EltaMD UV Clear Tinted Face Sunscreen $45 (Last 3 months, but I use more during summer) The PM lotion is my favorite!! Makes my skin feel sooooo good and friends have given compliments after applying it on. The AM is a solid daily moisturizer. I don't feel that same "glow" as the PM, but it makes my skin feel hydrated. I rarely have dry skin, looks greasy, no breakouts. My dermatologist said the Tinted Face Sunscreen has ingredients to fight breakouts- so even if I'm not in the sun- I'll still use it daily. I just started using the eye cream, unsure how I feel about it as of now. I'm about to try a few more EltaMD products- will update review shortly!

Best cream for my skin. Use all ELTA products for my sensitive skin

I really like this face cream. It feels very light and does not give me acne like the CeraVe cream I was using before. The smell is neutral. It is a little expensive but if the CeraVe alternative didn’t work for you then I would recommend.

Not sure why it took me so long to get on the bandwagon with this brand but wow! So good. Makes my sensitive skin super soft not oily or anything and hasn’t broken me out at all. And a little goes a long way so totally worth the price point

I simply love this product. It was initially prescribed by my dermatologist. That was 2 years ago. I discovered that I could save a pretty penny purchasing it thru Amazon so here I am. This does NOT clog my pores or make me oilier. I am in my early 30s with very oily, acne prone skin (i.e. wash my face at 8am and small beads of oil on my nose by 9am). I use this faithfully and not a problem in site. I am deducting a star because the color of the product that I received from Amazon is off. It's like a dingy white and I think that's odd because the PM formula that I have is stark white. Also, the smell is unique too. Never had either issue with the AM product before. I think it's an anomaly because I haven't notice any issues with my skin, but it's definitely disappointing considering I trust the quality of EltaMD products. Nonetheless, I am ordering more when this supply is gone.

Got off birth control in 2020, had the worst cystic acne for the next two years. I always loved skincare, used the fanciest/expensive stuff, had like a 10+ skin care routine. Nothing worked anymore. In 2022, my dermatologist gave me a prescription anti-bacterial topical cream and recommended I simplify my routine with EltaMD for a while. The focus was a simple routine and fixing my skin barrier. Since then I have used the EltaMD line. This moisturizer is my day time cream, I use it after my topical prescription and serums and top it off with the EltaMD Sunscreen tinted. I have dehydrated skin. I use three small pumps and it works well with all my other products.

I bought PM therapy by mistake and although I do like it, I prefer AM therapy. I love this cream, no fatty alcohols (which clog my very large, open pores) and just light enough. Sometimes, I layer the PM therapy over the AM for a little extra if my skin is dry from A313 (you gotta try that stuff) or other actives. HG 1000%
