bought this for dad, end stage alzheimers. while i dont believe it will bring him back, too far into disease, it has made a big difference. after using 1 tab/day we have watched him improve. he can again tell us what he wants. we ask do you want...... and he will say yes/no till we hit on what he wants. while we feed him most foods he can put finger foods into his own mouth again. yes he still disapears into long ago, he spends way more time in the here and now then before. we did have to cut it in half and give in 2 doses due to diarrhea. but now we roll him over when its his usually poop time and say time to push if you gotta poop and he does, so no more poopy diapers.
