Has anyone tried to see if this makes the 360 guitar hero guitars work on Xbox one?

They are for each system respectively. The Xbox 360 models are only for the Xbox 360.

Will this let me use my 360 guitars with Xbox one?

The guitar hero live guitars are universal so it doesn’t matter what guitar you use, it’s just the adapter that matters

Will this dongle work on xbox 360?

No. Only the Xbox 360 dongle works on Xbox 360.

does this work for pc?

I am not 100% sure if the dongles themselves work on PC, but I know the Guitars do. My Guitar works for both the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One - I only needed the respective dongle for each system to get it to work. According to a comment on the Reddit link, a PS4 dongle does work, you just need to bind the keys. Nobody in the comments tried an Xbox One Dongle though. The Reddit link also mentions an xpadder, but this is the first time I have ever heard of that; so I'm not sure. The Activision support link was also in the Reddit comments too. I am sorry, I wish I could be more help, but I do not own Guitar Hero Live on PC. https://support.activision.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/The-New-Guitar-Hero-Live-Controller/?q=guitar+hero+controller&l=en_US&c=Game_Title%3AAll&fs=Search&pn=1 https://www.reddit.com/r/GuitarHero/comments/41dmg3/can_i_use_guitar_hero_live_guitar_on_pc/
