What are the child weight restrictions for this pack n play?

Thanks for reaching out with this great question! The On the Go playard's raised bassinet can be used for children up to 15 pounds or until they are able to push up on their hands and knees. The bottom of the playard can be used for children up to 30 pounds or 35 inches tall. We hope this helps!

I need to order another matress because ours got messed up, can i order the matress seperate?

Try emailing the manufacturer directly Ive had amazing results and sometimes they will just send replacement parts or its a small fee

Can I use the play yard for nighttime sleep once baby outgrows bassinet?

Yes, just remove the top/suspended piece and place the mattress at the bottom of the pack and play. My 2 year old still sleeps in it like that. I was surprised how cushioned it is compared to older models.
