Quiet lock
My kid so got used to loud locks, that he complained it to be too quiet. Highly recommend! I thought my door locks are rubbish, making too much noise when opening or closing, I just discovered that it was a simple solution. To change to this one.:) Very satisfying, also looks pleasant and does the job.

Quality feel and smooth operation
Easy to fit. Patio door lock - Probably never use the keys again but is an emergency way in if I loose or break my main keys. Nice action - unusual shape handle but works and feels fine. Package had opened in envelope so was just loose keys and screws and locks (I ordered 2) not a problem as items not delicate. Looks decent quality and meets the relevent BS requirements - what more do you need. The reviews of the more expensive ones put me off them. This is fine. If you have a bank vault full of gold bars maybe spend a bit more for a regular house I sleep soundly with this lock.

Easy.
Unscrew old lock, one screw, pull out, push new one in put old screw back in as new one probably won't be the right size. Easiest job of my life and now don't need a key to lock from inside.FYI. You need to make sure the inside lock is vertical if your struggling to lock from outside.
