I think it should ding that you have a 10 round magazine if it is thinner than a 9 mm magazine you could always put a piece of paper towel behind it to make up the difference wish you well hope this helps

Is the metal clip for iwb use removeable? don't need in the way when wearing owb.

The metal clip is removable but I wear these OWB using the metal clip. That way OI don't have to thread a belt through them. Plus people can't actually see what's in the holster.
