Russkoe Pole Buckwheat Groats, 53 oz (Pack of 2)

I've bought buckwheat from this seller many times. The delivery is fast; this time I received my order a week earlier than Amazon promised. The buckwheat needs to be washed before cooking, but the grains are large and the quality is not the absolute best, but very good. 5 stars for delivery speed and quality.

The packaging is very thin, so I transferred it to zip loc bags and all is fine. I made this and compared to my other grouts that I used to use these have somewhat more flavor and are very tender and chewy. The best. I wish they were from Poland or Ukraine, they are sadly a product of Russia, and supporting Russia is an enigma. My wife yelled at me, but the product itself. Is fantastic.

The product description is inaccurate. The total weight is 63 oz (1800 g) for both bags combined, not per bag as stated. The box and title are misleading, which makes the product overpriced for the actual amount you receive. I’m disappointed with the incorrect listing and won’t be ordering again.

For this kind of price it is OK. It was delivered on time. It is almost clean with a few leftover pieces of processed waste. But it doesn't smell like real buckwheat I used to buy. Still good if you decide to keep to a diet and lose some weight.
