The shopping cart is incredible. Swivel front wheels make it very easy to maneuver. I bought it for my friend who is blind, so she appreciates the red color, as it makes her more visible. However, it was supposed to come with a liner which was not in the box. Without the liner, items fall through the cart. I notified Amazon and the manufacturer. Weeks later, have not heard from either one of them.

Awful. Don't buy this product! The first day after I assembled in and had a cartful of groceries to lug up the escalator, the washer fell off and my groceries fell out! :/ I wasn't very happy attempting to get everything upstairs and into my apartment... What a waste of our money. Please don't waste yours.

Shown as a double basket. That poor and falls advertising. I reserved this product and was very disappointed in this product and would like to say buyers beware. I have a folding shopping cart I bought 4 years at Kmart for $35.98 and is very durable . I wanted to upgrade to a larger shopping cart but when this cart arrived and I put it together it did not match up to it's description.

This is an ok product. It is cheap and its quality is just what you should expect. I read some reviews about the front wheels being hard to handle and they are annoying sometimes (mine has a tendency to go to the right) but I have found that they work better on rough surfaces (like the streetwalk) vs the smooth indoor floors. I have only had the chance to use it a few times but I walk from home to the grocery store (about 0.6 miles) and back, carrying a six pack of glass bottled tea plus fruit, juice boxes, milk carton and stuff, so I think it is reasonably sturdy and has made my trips definitely easier.I noticed the smell when I first unpacked it, but it wasn't a big deal and it faded away pretty quickly. The instruction sheet was wrong too, so I just had to sit and figure how to assemble the front wheels out, but again, no big deal.

Cart wheels came off a couple times... but it carries alot.

Recently moved into an upstairs apartment in an active senior community & this is great for bringing in anything from my downstairs garage up the lift to the 2nd floor. Very nice wheels & holds a lot of stuff to cut down on trips up & down again. Highly recommend to anyone needing a little extra help.

I order this last week . The cart arrived really fast, only 4 days. I was really happy about it. Then I opened the package, The cart has a little bit damage, The iron for the right side swivel wheels is more bend than other. I order for return, but then they said I need to pay the postal which will cost me more than $70.So I decide to give a try this cart instead, maybe not as bad as the look. I use it to carry 6 bottle of wine (@750ml) , I push it , not even get out from the wine store, the cart bending forward. I saw the iron in front are bending even worst then it won't move at all. Because of that I need to take a cab for only 0.5 mile away from my house.I don't understand how the seller sell this kind of thing and only ruin their reputation. This is really disappointing !!! I bought this cart because of the swivel front wheels. I have another cart the same size, with straight front wheels. After using it for about a year the wheels were showing wear. With the straight line front wheels one must tilt the cart on it's back wheels to make a sharp turn, not always easy with a heavy load. This new cart will almost always turn easily without tilting the cart. The one problem with swivel wheels, it is difficult to collapse the cart completely. These swivel wheels must be turned inward at exactly the right angle for the cart to go reasonably flat. If you need to store in in a very compact space the only way to do this is snap off the swivel wheels, which means snapping them on to use the cat again. Also beware, the price of the cart with shipping varies greatly by color.
