Excellent!!!
Best backpack ever. Got a nice choclate colour. Got a million complements. It can be slimmed down on demand. Quite durable, had it since..... don't recall.

Beautiful and sturdy
Bought for husband who drives around and has to carry his laptop/whole life around for work but wanted something leather but still as a backpack. This is sooo nice and has stood up.to his hectic work schedule so far. The extension zipper is very nice. Holds his pens and other small things without sliding out. Counts as a personal item on planes. And they shipp3d and packaged it very well.

Got it for my son for school.It’s very durable for daily use and travel.He loves it.

Nice bag which can be improved.
Overall is a nice bag and the quality is good.The design is odd though, the compartment to carry cables using “latches” is at a 90 degree angle so it is no very accesible. Also the bag needs more compartments.Having said that the leather is good quality and the loon of the bag is great!

The media could not be loaded. Update - Masa Kawa provided a replacement and warranty again for the item — thank you for following through on your product support and warrantyUpdate — 3 Feb 24 — as I appreciate the replacement from warranty that was sent, unfortunately same issues and the 2nd leather backpack in 1 year (less than 6 months) falling apart is not acceptable and the quality is not holding up as you can see from the photos.————/—————————-Kudos to Masa Kawa for the warranty on their product. They provided a timely replacement and I very much appreciate it as that was not expected. Again, thank you and I updated my review.===========••I got a lot of compliments on this backpack…I used it for less than 6 months and the shoulder straps are falling apart and fraying.I had a Wilson’s leather I used for 4.5 years…spend your money elsewhere.

Awesome bag but only lasted 1 year
shoulder strap tore apart so i had to replace it; otherwise I would have kept using it.

Actually leather and very soft
Bought this backpack for my husband after I saw it on someone else. The leather is very soft and it is just the right size. Didnt want something too big. My husband really likes this backpack as well. The convenience of it converting from briefcase to backpack is awesome. No complaints about it.
