Q: Will this work with Spigen cases?

Yes it will work but it may lift a bit after install. There was not install guide tool like most other WhiteStone protectors in the past so the error may be mine. Still great protectors. I've found thinner/slimmer cases don't have that issue so it depends on what's important to you

Q: Do i have to remove the pre installed protector or does it install over it?

The pre-installed screen shield that comes on a ZFold3 is an integral part of the design of the phone. DO NOT, under any circumstances, remove it. Install any additional screen protector over the screen as delivered.

Q: Will thumb print work to unlock my phone with this screen protector?

The thumb print reader is not on the screen anymore for Fold 3. So, it is unrelated.

Q: Does it needs any ultraviolet light for adhesive?

No, this is dry application. The glass has an adhesive that sticks to your screen.
