We ordered a size 7.5 to 8 but when it arrived it was a size 7. I contacted customer service through email and they responded almost immediately willing to send me the size 8. I did not have to return the smaller ring. The next package arrived at the ring was not in the package- I’m sure just a shipping error. There was no delay to my next email and they immediately sent out a third package with the ring in it. It is soft and the perfect size/width to not be cumbersome. We had originally spent $40 on a ENO ring however it broke and my husband just threw it away not realizing i could get it replaced….so there was no replacing it. I would order again. Great value.

The ring is comfortable and delivery was quick. The ring did run a little big and customer service helped me right away. They responded to emails quickly and sent me shipping information and checked to be sure I received the new order (free of charge).

Was worried this was going to be too tight but it has a fair amount of stretch and my husband loves it! Definitely would recommend if looking for silicone bands.
