As advertised, the knee brace was exactly what I needed to help stabilize my knee during recovery from a mild MCL tear. It supported my knee in day to day activities, was comfortable to wear, and breaths well so my knee did not sweat. I wore it in all stages of recovery and still wear at the gym. Once I get back to competitive sports I will wear it as a preventative measure.
