Love it
I originally used Enell bras years ago and recently came back to them. I wear a size 5 now after previously wearing a 4. I deal with arthritis in my neck, back, and shoulders, so I need serious support and stability. This bra is extremely structured and distributes weight across the torso instead of pulling on the shoulders. One thing I forgot about until putting it on again is how much compression it provides. For me it actually works similarly to a light binder. It doesnโt flatten completely like a dedicated binder would, but it significantly reduces movement and minimizes the chest while still providing strong support. Because of the front closure and wide straps, it feels more comfortable for long wear than most compression garments. It definitely feels firm at first, but once everything is in place it feels more like supportive armor than a regular bra. I normally wear a Snag bra in size 6 and around an H cup in most traditional bra brands

Use a mirror
I am a 53-year-old, 5'2", 40H gal (37.5 ribs/52 bust), confirmed by measurement. So I went with the recommended size 5 which is a slightly larger band than my measurements (size 5 rib measurements 39-42" per the chart vs my 37.5"). But because of my ample cleavage, the 5 works because the cups are not really "cup size/shape" they are flatter than a standard bra because they are meant to smoosh you and hold you firm - which it does. Good enough for post surgery anyways. And if I were a bouncing exerciser, good enough for that too (for me, I've never had tender boobs). If you measure honestly (not what you think - what you actually are) and then size up WHEN your cup size is larger than DDD/F, you'll be fine. I wish they would reflect this for the larger cups in their size chart to take the guess work out of it. As for the struggle with buttoning it up. Yes, I struggled until I looked in a mirror. Being able to see how far off I was on getting the snaps together made it easier. I started off bent over to snug the band firmly under the girls, then stood up and used the mirror to guide my left and right hands together. Once you get the first 2-3 done, it's actually a breeze. And remember I am an "H" cup, so I can't even see past my girls to my toes without bending forward a little (even without a bra). Boy they sure are shiny - LOL. And you get what you paid for compared to other more economical brands advertised for post-surgery compression. This one is the better of three that I tried. If boob comfort is important to you, consider this an investment vs a fashion statement or a consumable supply.

A true lifesaver!
History/Experience: I have struggled to find a good sports bra for my large chest since I was in middle school. Growing up playing soccer really made it hard to adjust when things started bouncing more. My mom (being smaller busted) also struggled to help me find a solution. Keep in mind, this was before the internet/google/amazon days. I finally settled on "doubling-up" when getting ready for a game or practice - which was a daily occurrence. Looking back now, that was terrible. I could barely breath correctly, getting in and out of two very tight bras was a nightmare not to mention quite embarrassing. So, playing soccer ended soon after I became more full-figured. Recently (at age 23) I started running, having my new sports bra from the sporting store, made "specifically for larger breasts". Well, that was a crock. Sorry, but bras off the shelf just don't cut it. After researching and reading about several of the newer sports bras on the market, I decided upon the Enell. I was careful not to get my hopes up too much however, because I didn't I could ever wear something that truly cut out the bouncing, but I remained hopeful. I measured, remeasured and finally ordered my new bra. As soon as it came, I had to go run around the neighborhood to give it a try. Oh, the joy of running! The Real Product Review: I am VERY HAPPY with the Enell. I can finally jog/run and truly enjoy what the sport has to offer, without worrying about hurting myself or being out of breath from non-stop chest thumping! The bra is quite tight but I think that is a necessity. I still move a little bit but since my breasts are held very close/tight to my chest, the up and down motion is very minimal. It took a few days of getting used to but now I love putting on my Enell (I always lay down to hook the clasps - much easier!) I love the tight feeling across my back when I am wearing it. I have even worn it all day at the zoo and other family activities. So easy, so comfy and SO worth every penny. The greatest thing, I don't have think twice when chasing the toddler! I don't have to worry anymore about wanting to enjoy an impromptu game of frisbee or catch at the park. I can run and play with the kiddos comfortably and confidently. I would recommend the Enell to anyone with a larger bust that is tired of having to deal with improper support, doubling-up and not being able to breath, having constant chest-thumping when exercising, or just wants to feel better when playing with their kids. It has truly become one of my most essential pieces of clothing. As for the price: Yes, it seems expensive for a sports bra, but seriously, how much did you pay for your gym sneakers? I believe that this is just as essential to your workout wardrobe as your shoes. Maybe more since there are plenty of things you can do barefooted! Try it, feel the difference, find your stride, and go for it. You will be amazed at the difference proper support makes on your entire workout, attitude, and confidence! I have been using this bra for over 4 months now and still love it. Note: I launder my bra in a lingerie bag (to wash and dry). It keeps other clothing from getting tangled in the clasps and ripping them out. This is a good trick for all of your bras since the larger size you need, the more expensive they are! Also, I dry mine in the dryer since that helps to "shrink it back up" after use. So far, I have never had a problem and I'd say I have washed it well over 100 times using the lingerie bag.

Normal frame, big boobs
Ok so I'm 32 and 5 mo post partum. Currently, I have a chest measurement of 34 and a bust of 39 inches. I read review after review on sports bras. My old method was double bagging with classic new balance sports bras. But after this baby, my third, the girls had a completely different rhythm than the rest of my body! They really began to hurt. I take all types of classes: Zumba, HIIT, boot camp, yoga... Here's what I've found after about a month of using this Enell. I got a size 1, FYI 1. I love it and as a larger breasted woman on a normal frame, bras have been the bane of my existence since highschool. 2. The girls bounce... When I run, there is little to no movement. But when I am running with high knees, jumping, up and down for burpees, they get moving. BUT they only go up! Never below the band and they never feel unsupported at all. As in my skin is not stretching in a vain attempt to reign them in, my girls are totally secure. 3. You have to push the girls up and over to get the first few hooks fastnened, then push them in and arrange and finish the hooks. Let me tell you... My baby has had to wait more than once to nurse while I try to get the Enell off!! 4. You can nip out. I just try to make them point the same just in case. But it's never really bad, but don't think there's padded coverage. 5. I think this is high quality and plan to wear it after my boobs *hopefully* shrink after weaning. I'm counting on it to last! 6. You have uniboob and it feels like your cleavage is up to your neck. But SO worth it. I don't even consider my boobs and it's comfortable. If you are working out hard and don't want to think about your boobs, this is the bra for you. If you're trying to get a cute look for watching your kids play sports... Well wear anything!

These things hold you in and no more black eyes from bouncing!
When I was in my early 30s, I got one of these Enell bras because I had to use a store credit up. I never regretted it! This thing holds you in like no other. I'm a size G now, I was a DDD back then. Nothing moved when I was exercising and I could do whatever exercises I wanted with no worries. Somehow I lost that when I quit exercising as regularly. I tried other "normal" sports bras, but nothing was as supportive as my old Enell bra. I was really happy to find this online and to get a new one. It still holds me in with great support! I did order according to my measurements for the first one, but I was at the high end of the measurements for that size. As I am still losing weight, I thought I could get away with it, even if it was a little tight. But, it was just too tight, so I returned that one and got one size up, which fit great. I've knocked off one star because of how expensive this is, but I knew the quality was there, so I bought it anyway. I'm so glad to have my great, supportive bra back!

Exceptionally effective!
Is it the prettiest? No. Is it the most effective? Hell yes. 32G, avid runner, I have been wearing these for years and they are the ONLY sports bra that actually holds the girls still. They are VERY durable and hold up well with many, many washes (even when I tumble dry them which you are not supposed to do). 5โ6โ, 140-145, naturals, narrow ribcage. When I was at my leanest I wore a 0 and that strapped them in pretty intensely. Mostly have size 1s now and they fit more comfortably but the shoulder straps are a bit too long so there is a little more movement when running but not enough to be uncomfortable.

This bra will cut you on every single run, but it does control bounce very well
I have to admit that this bra is the best bounce control for my 38ddd's I've ever used. All my life I've had to "double bag", and even that didn't fully work. While the top portion of the breast doesn't have much support, and you unfortunately can't adjust the straps, this bra certainly squishes the majority of the chest down into a comfortable squeeze for high impact running. Most of these positive reviewers don't seem to have gone for a run in this bra though. I've now gone on 6 runs while wearing this bra, each over 30 minutes, and each time, this bra left me with deep blisters on my diaphragm/lower ribs area and on my mid back due to friction rubbing with the hard bottom edges of the bra. It doesn't even look that intense in my picture, but add in sweat to that blister and it makes for an uncomfortable run and following several days. I had to cut off the sharp edges of the armpit area (cut areas shown in picture in red) immediately in order to even go on my first run. I'm baffled at the price of this bra in relation to the seeming low quality and thoughtlessness of the seams and edges. And especially for actual high impact exercise, the sharp connecting edges are seriously uncomfortable. So while I can't deny that this is the best functioning sports bra for running I've ever used, the deeply uncomfortable edges/seams make me wary to continue using this bra, as I've had to damage it with scissors in order to make it even passingly wearable for high intensity running. Maybe if you have a narrower rib cage it won't rub so painfully?

Very supportive and comfortable
This bra fits very well. I got a size 0 and I need to size up to a 1. It is nice and secure and high on the sides, which I always have a problem with on sports bras because Iโm always getting squished out the sides. I am usually a 30 G. Sports bras donโt seem to come in that size and I have always struggled to find one that fits around the rib cage area. It is a little challenging to hook all of the little claps in the front but it seems like with the correct size. This would be a very good sports bra. I have to be honest I donโt love the shiny material but since I donโt wear a sports bra without a tank top over it that really wouldnโt be an issue. I think this is a good choice for large busted women and even women with my issue of small rib cage, but large cup size. With the right size, I would definitely buy this again. It also seems to be well-made. The price point is pretty high though.

Does the job
This is the third enell sports bra I have bought I have purchased these from overseas sellers. It's a great product holds you in place when you're working out. Wouldn't buy from Retail Direct Australia though they are terrible with their customer service.
