Works great!
Love it. Works perfectly.

Waste of money
I've had this thing since end of 2023 and it's caused nothing but trouble. It overflows frequently, there are weeks and months where it just doesn't work. I replaced it once and it was working for a while, but it was short lived. Every few days (when it's working) it flashes 'E4' and stops working. I clean out the filter, check the drainage tubes and connections, all good. I've had someone out to look at it and try to fix it, no success. Long story short, waste of $900. Don't get it. It sucks balls.

Great for small kitchens
Works perfect for my small kitchen! Exactly what I expected and love the heated dry option. Loads take a little longer then the smaller table top one that I had is my only complaint, installing was easy, but I did already have a table top dishwasher with the exact same hook up so didn't even need to change the adapter.

Cleans dishes nice!
Cleans dishes NICE! The faucet adapter didn't fit faucet, so two trips to the hardware store fixed that. The quick connect/disconnect of the machine is nicer than the old style ones. It's smaller with the ability to move a little. So it's a water tight connection. Connecting the hoses during initial setup is easy, no tools needed. Hose/cord management could be easier and cleaner for the price. But oh well.

Nice portable dishwasher
It's a great dishwasher. Only issue is the drain pipe leaks water that you have to drain down into a bowl or catch basin once it's done, or it'll get all over the floor.

***UPDATE*** love it! (1st review:Same problems as the other reviews)
Below is original review, this is the new one. I love this thing. Glasses are clean. The dry cycle is just fine! It works! Some of the plastics still have some water at the end of the cycle but not bad. It does leak in the back on the bottom left but it is just a little puddle. Shouldn't happen, but it does. I move the silverware basket around to accommodate different loads and that is super convenient! I put a video showing the load i did yesterday. My airfryer basket and tray, and regular dishes. The basket is in the original space. But I can move it in at least 2 more spots. Original review: I bought a countertop dishwasher against my better judgement. Repackaged and sent it back same day lol. I read all the reviews on this 18" portable (rolling) dishwasher and was prepared for all possible disappointments. Like MANY reviews, the box was destroyed when it arrived. If I have to send it back I will need a new foam bottom. The female adapter broke while installing. I replaced the cheap, broken plastic with a new metal fitting and used a hose clamp for cheap, but should not have had to! They should send an extra hose system to each customer! Also, the plastic inside the back wall that positions the male adapter is very loose. I think it's missing a screw because that's is a tiny hole and i am 90% sure it's for a screw. The dishwasher cleans well, but heat dry is too short to dry the dishes. I did not use a rinse aid and I did not have spots on my silverware. I haven't washed glasses yet. It fits what we need as family of three with normal sized dinnerware and pots. No buying small dishes like people do for the countertop variety. I even got a stock pot in on the bottom with plates and the utensil basket ๐ I've only used it once, so time will tell. I will update in a while, after I have either fallen in love with it like I did my RCA portable clothes washer, or, when I've had enough of the troubles brought to my day by this nearly $600 machine.

Usability
It is smaller than a regular sized washer but it is perfect for washing in a studio or small house I love that I can move it where I need to and works like a charm

Cleans well, leaks water all over the floor
The dishwasher does a great job cleaning, but it leaks profusely, including flooding our kitchen and damaging cabinets. Some water ended up on the floor from the very beginning, as the hoses do not retract into the unit, as they do on other models, which leads to dripping. The bigger problem has been the drain hose connection, which persistently would become loose during the wash cycle, leading to large puddles on the floor - which I tried to mitigate with beach towels (see below) - but then would leak even more if overtightened. Within a few months, the connection was useless, draining water directly on to the floor from the faulty connection. With my cabinet damaged and mold developing I can no longer use the dishwasher. Dealing with Black and Decker so far has been onerous. They asked for photos and videos of the hoses over the course of over a month and they have still not decided if they will send a new plastic hose. I would suggest paying a little bit more for a more reputable brand and avoiding this headache and would also suggest avoiding buying an appliance from Amazon, as they referred me entirely to the manufacturer and would not offer any help with my purchase.

Don't look further, by far, the best portable dishwasher on the market
In terms of quality, reliability and especially it's low energy consumption. Ignore the negative reviews about loose outlet connection, it tooks me a couple of attempts to screw it rightfully, just be patient and gentle until the threads join align and screws all the way back. Once you succeed, it works like a charm, to make sure it performs well and last longer I use it with Miele Genuine UltraTabs All in 1 Dishwasher, it's a bit expensive but I found it very efficient and no smelly compared with the other brands the dish came up so clean and shiny.

Waste of money & no response from the company.
Drain/fill pump stopped working 17 months after purchase & infrequent use, it was only being used 2-3 times per month. Hoses were good, no water inlet issues with kinking etc. even submitted a service request ticket with this company twice and have yet to receive a response. Do not waste your money, youโd be better off to buy an old dishwasher model and fix it. It will still last longer.

Human error not faulty connections
Fantastic. Ignore reviews about loose outlet connection, you just have to screw it til the threads join, if it only turns halfway you need to try again until the threads align and it screws almost all the way back. And no you don't need a wrench, if you're using a wrench for this you're breaking the thread, I can't believe how easily people give up on stuff. Also the pictures in the instruction manual are wrong, the outlet tube is Infact the wonky one that moves in and out (plugs into the right hole), the rest of the pictures are correct (thought I had a faulty unit).

Double check if any of it comes already put together.
The dishwasher itself has been great. But, if the inlet and drainage is attached to the faucet connector already, double check that they did it correctly. They had ours flipped and I didn't notice right away. So it was used a few times with the inlet going to the drainage and the drainage going to the inlet.

Great dishwasher
Works great, its compact but cleans well, I only tried it on the fastes setting wich is 1.5 hours and I am satisfied with it. Does not leak like other reviews mention and was in great shape when I received it. The delivery person was unable to bring it up my stairs so we had to do it. The only thing I dislike is after the cycle when removing the hose from the tap, you need to drain the remaining water in a bowl or something or the water will spill on the floor. I am overall very satisfied.
